Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by credit card via Stripe
Delivery timescales
Most digital products to customers outside of the EU will be delivered automatically via email. Most orders will be delivered instantly. Digital products to customers within the EU will receive a manual email. Where a manual email is used we aim to deliver within 3 working days.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you wish to request a refund you must email helen@doremiconnect.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. If your product, course or event is over £42 you will receive a refund for any sessions paid for but not scheduled prior to the cancellation, or for any products not dispatched. No refunds are available for items of any value already dispatched or for products, courses or events that are available instantly. If you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us.
Studio Licensed Digital Products
Some products have a studio license. You are permitted to use these products with your own students but may not share with other teachers in your studio or elsewhere. You are permitted to print copies for your students but you may not distribute them electronically. You are not permitted to sell or re-sell the products electronically, nor as printed products. You may charge your students a printing fee.
Doremi Connect as an Agency
Some courses are delivered by named tutors (Principals). Doremi Connect acts as an agent for each Principal and a proportion of the cost of the course includes an agent service charge. Your contact details will be passed to the Principal for essential course communication.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
